This dwarf, late-blooming selection has soft-lavender plumes set in a compact mound of elegant, lacy green leaves. Also thrives in tubs, or mixed containers. Nice for cutting. Seed heads may be removed, or left on the plant for winter interest. Plants should be divided every 2 to 3 years, in early spring. Will tolerate full sun in cooler summer regions.

May be planted in any type of well-drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to encompass the roots without bending or circling. Set the plant in place so the crown (part of the plant where the root meets the stem) is about 1-2 inches below the soil surface. Cover with soil to the original soil surface and water thoroughly.
