Plant Description
This ruffled variety of the bearded iris brings to mind the surging of an angry sea. Its blue ruffled flowers appear in the late spring and early summer. They give off a pronounced sweet fragrance. Although it takes these beauties a few years to become established in the garden their unique blooms are worth the wait. Just like other members of the iris family these plants are hardy and require little maintenance. They are also deer resistant.
